Great support!
I bought the RC100 about a year ago and the unit I have has been great - it does everything I've hoped and the little unit serves our family well. Recently, our unit stopped working after about 1 year and it just wouldn't turn on. I contacted iSpring support and Nick was super responsive and helpful to work with me. This reminds me of a key reason i decided to purchase this iSpring unit - during my research I read about the company's excellent support and that it's based in the USA, and Nick's proven the excellent support to be true! For anyone considering purchasing a RO system, keep this in mind. Buying from a company with a US-based support team could be a huge differentiator if you ever need help.
