Damaged Easel Nightmare

Damaged and split wooden piece upon opening box delivered on 4/30. Had a very difficult time getting in touch with customer service. Walmart AI told me that the zip codes of mine and recipient didn't qualify for a replacement or return! Not acceptable! Finally after clicking on contact seller link on the order page and describing the damage, I got an email from Walmart saying they would contact JoyoossTrading on my behalf. I finally got the email from Joyooss asking for all the same info. I sent it to them along with pictures of the damage. I had to ask for a tracking number and when it would be shipped. They sent me tracking number, but it wouldn't allow me to click it to track. Ordering this from Walmart.com who used a marketplace seller has been a nightmare. Horrible customer service! Bev Pettway
