However, as living things, plants may experience some stress during shipping. If your order does arrive damaged, simply contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you. COVERAGE: This warranty begins upon receipt of your plant and lasts for 30 days. these 4 plants came with the other set of 4 in one box. they were dried out and not shipped well and not placed upright as suggested. the pits are paper and the plants are very small. I'd of saved a lot of money buying directly at a store and definitely for the price I would have gotten much bigger plants. the plants were disheavaled in the box and somewhat beaten up.
