I have been taking Ginkgo Biloba for over 20 years. It's good for stemming anxiety, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. My parents both had diabetes and died from heart disease. I did not want to follow in their footsteps. I am now over 80 years old and have a very healthy life, in part to taking the right supplements. Ginkgo Biloba is one of them. I have very strong heart, I stay active, and no trace of diabetes. Talk to your doctor and ask him if you should take it. I'm very thankful I did and still do. Spring Valley has been my go-to brand.

A little boost.

Just bought it. Hope it makes a difference. I'm over 60 and I know I need a little boost. My biggest fear is Alzheimer, Dementia. This product came with high praise. I can tell you more in a week or so.
