Welding Instructions:With universal copper-aluminum flux-cored welding wire (not tin welding wire), it can be used for welding and repairing copper, aluminum, iron, stainless steel and other household metal products, but it is not suitable for welding cast iron, cast copper and other hard and thick castings.
Step 1: Before welding, the welding joint must be clean and free of dirt and oil.
: Welding base metal (welding parts) must be heated to 350-400 ℃ and then place the welding wire at the welding port for welding (do not burn the base metal red or do not heat it).
Note: If the welding wire does not stick after melting, it is because the base metal is not heated enough.
The temperature of the double-headed welding torch can reach 2000 ℃.
