I normally wear size 8 in pants and the medium fit perfectly. You can see the elastic holds the shape well, yet there is still lots of room for a growing belly. Functional drawstrings.

Comfortable feel %26 love the length as I do not like short length pants. The inseam is good for me. I was conflicted because I am in between sizes. If I got a medium, it would have been too tight. I got the large instead for washing purposes. I like the side pockets, and the stretch waistband.
