Brought this for my wife, she is asthmatic and responds well to being in a dry heat sauna. This lamp used in a small bathroom and well ventilated functions very well. It directs the heat where you want it. If one is not asthmatic it works well as a heater that can be focused into a small areaa around 60 square feet.
