I would give a 0 if I could. I contacted help at the Velor company, I sent them a picture of the problem, and every detail they asked for. They were totally of no help whatsoever. The U-rings would fit the holes provided. I wound not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Broke first use.
Broke the first time I used it. The weld on the support bar failed and fell off. Was able to make one climb up ladder and then when it was raised and moved and lowered to roof again on my climb up it broke and ladder smashed my gutter. Luckily I was able to return this product since I only had it for two days after delivery.
