A single morning serving will allow your cat to nibble freely throughout the day. The serving size should be adjusted based on your cat's age and activity level. When introducing Meow Mix Original Choice cat food, gradually mix it with your cat's current food over the course of 7-10 days. Always provide your cat with a bowl of fresh water. Weight of Adult Cat (Over 1 Year) ... Cups per Day* 5-10 lb ... ½-¾ cup 11-16 lb ... ¾-1 cup *Using a standard 8-oz measuring cup. Kittens (Under 1 Year) Feed 2 times the adult requirement. It is true cats really do ask for meow mix by name
My cats love this food, it is one of the few dry cat foods they will eat. I love that it doesn't make my cat with a sensitive stomach throw up. I love that it is extra crunchy and my kitten loves it even more since he has been teething . It is interesting that just like the old slogan cats do ask for it by name

My cats are too picky
My cat used to love meow mix. At least they ate it. They had no choice. We put it on the cat feeding station and their choices to eat it or not eat it. And then we switched to Kit N Caboodle. They like that much more. And so from probably three years that’s what they got every day. And then I remembered I used to feed the meow mix so I switched back. They are very unhappy. I have a new bag of kit and caboodle for the last of the meow mix.

My cats seems to really enjoy the taste — especially the mix of chicken, turkey, salmon, and fish flavors. They get excited at mealtime and eats it right up, which is always a good sign.
