I ordered ink for my printer online from Staples. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. I did have to compare prices for the various options offered so do not make any assumptions that group offerings are cheaper than individual prices.

I asked for assistance on what type and number I needed for my printer I had not written it down and had to ask what type of refilled I needed to purchase I asked associate for assistance and he had to go back & look at what type of ink I needed. He came back & said this was what I needed I kind of was doubtful that it was the right number but he assured me that was what I purchased on my last purchase so he said if it was wrong size he would make it right at no cost to me.
