Don't buy a tire from Walmart

The tire arrived to be damaged. I tried to return it at Walmart and they would not take it saying it was a third-party. The tire company in California sent me a label to bring it to FedEx so I printed out the label and brought it to FedEx. FedEx will not take it because it's not in a box, but it was never shipped to me in a box, I got just the tire. This has been a total nightmare.
