    • A. Use whatever lb weight that your body can handle. I use a 7 lb k/b or a 2.5 dumbbell. It does not matter. This is a great workout video.

    • A. I use a 10lb kettlebell, Jillian says you can use a normal weight, she actually uses a beginner version with hand weights.

    • A. She has an adjustable 20 lb kettlebell but she only uses the lowest weight setting on it. She doesn't really say how heavy the lowest setting is but I would guess it's only 5-8 lbs.

    • A. She uses the same weight throughout the entire workout on Level 1. I am not on Level 2 yet. But, it really does not matter if you switch. I use a 7 pound k/b or dumbbell and get a great workout either way.

    • A. the video recommends a weight or kettlbell from 3-8 lbs. She keeps it at the same level- I am guessing around 7-8 lbs on level 1. Not sure about the level two..

    I have several of Jillian's DVD's and am quite happy with this one already after one workout. It is challenging but the best part about the routines is that they are different and fun. It is 25 minutes but quite intense! I prefer Jillian's workouts because they are quick and effective. You can use a kettlebell or weight that the video recommends a weight range of 3-8 lbs. This will create lean strong muscles, but it is by no means a wussy workout!

    Another kick butt workout from Jillian. I have strictly been working out with DVDs in my home for 10 years. Ive tried just about all of them! I can honestly say that since starting Jillians workouts I am in the best shape of my life. This one is great because you can follow along at any fitness level. No kettlebell? No problem! A dumbbell will do just fine and works pretty well too. You'll feel it in your inner thighs, hamstrings, and glutes!! Highly recommended, I love it!

    This video will kick start your body. Love this video easy to follow simple but effective moves. I use hand weights for this. You dont need kettle bells at all.

    I love this exercise video. I am totally addicted to it now. Jillian really motivates you to keep going when you want to stop. I have seen amazing results by doing this video. This is the one thing I have done since May and have lost 25 pounds.

    This dvd is just "ok"... I've only done the first half (haven't made it to the 2nd half yet as I just started it). I don't really think it has a lot of structure to it. I feel like Jillian just "hops around" to each segment too fast. She's up, then its on the floor, then it up again etc...etc....Its easy enough to keep up with, but I kind of feel like even the person she has there showing how to the do the "modified" version is still doing what Jillian is doing. I don't feel like its a truly modified version. Guess you have to be the judge for yourself. But for me, it was just simply average. I could take it or leave it really.
