1. When printing with Bluetooth, all devices cannot be connected directly to Bluetooth and need to be connected through the application.
2. When using a mobile phone to connect to Bluetooth for printing, allow the APP to access and turn on the "Bluetooth" and "Location" functions on the phone.
3. Please power on the printer and connect it to computer before installing the printer driver.
4. Most E-commerce or shipping platformsâ shipping labels are generated in A4 format(8.5ââx11ââ) by default.Please save it as PDF in 4X6 inches label size before printing.
5. When connecting the printer for the first time in the APP, you may be prompted to enter the PIN code. This is a normal prompt when pairing with Bluetooth. Please enter the PIN code "0000" or "1234" to complete the pairing to connect to the printer.
âď¸Why does the printer keep printing blank labels and fail to detect labels?
- Ensure your labels are correctly loaded with the tearable side facing up.
- Ensure you are using the 'thermal labels' not normal labels.
- Switch off, press and hold the button, restart the printer.
âď¸Why does paper jam occur during printing?
- Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly and aligned properly in the tray.
- Turn off the printer â Open the cover â Feed the label paper â Close the cover â Turn on the printer again â Let the printer automatically calibrate the label
