This white chocolate has a wonderful flavor. It is sweet and creamy without being super sweet. I purchased another brand of baking white chocolate at the same time to compare. There is no comparison. The other was *eww* and this one is *yum*! Plan to make white chocolate hot cocoa.

Great for baking/decorating

I purchased this to use for dipping marshmallows for a Valentine's treat. This chocolate melted well in the microwave and I tinted it pink with some red food coloring. It tasted great and also set up really well when it cooled. Perfect for what I needed it for.
