I am more than happy with this product. It is exactly as pictured and described. Wanted a bedspread rather than a comforter to eliminate the need for a bedskirt and for easier bedmaking. Wanted a quilt as prefer the look of days gone by. Also the colors of a patchwork allow for the use of more varied choices in other colors in the room. The bedspread is generously sized, as it is actually too long and wide but being that it is cotton it could shrink a bit in washing and drying. Also we do not have a complete bed with a headboard and footboard, mattress just rests on a basic frame. And it is not a thick mattress set. Plan on buying a complete bed with new 10 to 12 inch mattress and know it will be perfect then.

I loved this bedspread immediately - even my husband, who usually doesn't express an opinion, loved it also! It is just as depicted; well-made; generously sized; fits with most any decor with its variety of beautifully coordinated color scheme. It is also reversible to a non-patchwork backing which is also very nice. Hopefully, the valance will be back in stock soon.

I was very happy when I received my bedspread. It's well made, and really makes my bedroom look wonderful..almost professional. I was surprised at how heavy it is. It will fit even the highest queen size bed mattress. I love the patchwork and it looks handmade, like it came out of grandmas' closet..Dont hesitate to buy this. If you have a smaller mattress, like for a full size bed, I wouldnt suggest you buy this because it will hang on the floor to much. No bedskirt ever needed.
