The perfect washer dryer countertop!!

I love this countertop. A big function that was important to me were the non-slip pads. It makes it not slide around at all and actually reduces my machine shaking. I also love that it has a clear coat to protect it from scratches or spills. Definitely recommend! (Side note, it was refreshing to know that it was actually made in the U.S 👀).

The item was damaged when it was received. However, I wasn't concerned about the return process as when I ordered this item I knew it could be returned to the store per the information that I was given. However, it was a nightmare getting it returned I could not return it at the store. I had to return it FedEx, and I've yet to receive my refund. Please advise when I will be receiving my refund.
