TOO MUCH FLOUR STAYED PACKED IN THE MESH LAYERS, AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HANDLE WHERE THE WIRE GOES INTO THE SIFTER THE HOLE IS LARGE ENGOUH THAT IT WILL LET SMALL AMOUNTS OF FLOUR UNSIFTED THROUGH AND IF YOU HAVE WRIST PROBLEMS THE SIFTER IS A LITTLE HARD TO WORK.
