This Green flooring is made from recycled rubber tires. The durability of tires is in turn passed onto these tough rubber floors which makes them appropriate for flooring a basement, flooring decks outdoors, flooring for a gym, garage flooring, horse trailer floor surfaces and even kennel mats. This rolled rubber mat flooring is easier to install than puzzle mats and has less seams than interlocking tiles when finished.
These recycled floors can handle any amount of moisture and this makes them perfect for flooring for boats, utility mats in workshops, flooring gyms indoor or outdoor crossfit facilities. Also the ample options in lengths offered make shopping without wastage easy. You don't need to buy more than you need, since we offer these rubber rolls in 2 to 10 foot lengths. This was a very good value. I got the 8ft one. The mat was shipped lightening quick. It laid totally flat upon arrival without upturned corners. The material is softer than other rubber mats I've had in the past, but durable. Bu that, I don't mean that it is foamy or spongy--not at all. It's not so thick that it will block noise for the downstairs neighbors. You'll need a thicker, toe stubbing rubber mat, maybe 3/4 inch, for that or to double stack the mat. I have one like that already, but it is too hard and uncomfortable to do pushups or burpees on unless I put a rug over it. This mat is a compromise. It's much more comfortable on the hands and wrists and on the knees for jumping. I quite like it. It would work well under an elliptical or bike as well.
