it's a beautiful machine, the large window across the top allows you to watch the ice being made. It doesn't make the promised 27 lbs of ice every 24 hours, but s long as you start off with chilled water and it's not too hot in your house, it does make 9 bullet icecubes every 15 minutes or so. Overall, I'm VERY happy with it.
