The Ergo Chef Pro-Series 10 pocket waxed canvas knife storage bag is constructed of Heavy Duty 16oz water-resistant waxed canvas, and features durable handle strap. The waxed canvas is made for extreme use and with hold up over long period of time (Built to Last). Thoughtfully designed, the inside knife pocket layout keeps the bag balanced so one end of bag is not heavier than the other end. The staggered layout of the pockets eliminates having one side of the bag being heavy, unbalance and awkward. This allows you to easily carry the bag by the handle or shoulder strap comfortably. Hand crafted using extra durable buckles, reinforced stitching, stainless-steel fasteners and heavy-duty zippers. This knife roll is meaningfully designed to protect, store and transport your special knives and tools. Not only tough and durable, but it is also easy to clean. This Knife roll is uniquely designed with the specific layout of the 10 interior knife pockets, keeping the bag balanced and not lopsided when carrying. Securely accommodates knives up to 18” in OAL (12" Blades). Has a meshed zipper pocket that allows you to hold your thermometers, markers / pens, small notebook and other tools.
