Tasty and timely

The taste and texture of this product are lovely. I use it for buttering toast and crackers, and I find that it keeps its texture and flavor in the fridge. If taken out of the fridge a little before using, it softens nicely, and thus spreads easily and evenly. The only problem is that I don't know exactly the longevity of this butter because I use it up so quickly.
