All 3 of my kids love this (ages 13, 8, %26 4). The navy color is beautiful %26 rich. We've had it a few months, it has been dropped, %26 played a lot. Still looks brand new. You can also play it without the drumsticks, by tapping it with your hand, knuckle, a spoon, etc. That was great b/c I knew my kids would lose the drumsticks. The music tones are soooo pretty %26 soothing, like a yoga studio or spa. Our 4 year old has nonverbal autism %26 is sensitive to loud noises %26 sounds, but he loves to play this. It calms him.
