Great for barre and yoga sculpt workouts!
These are way more comfortable than other ankle weights because the weight is on the sides only, instead of all the way around. Additionally, these weights have the velcro closure just at the end, not the velcro strap you thread through the buckle and pull tight to get a secure fit. Two pounds each, so the set of 2 equals four pounds. Perfect for doing barre and yoga sculpt.

ProForm 4lb. ankle weights
The Ad doesn't give ANY information as to whether they are 4lbs.each or 2lbs.I was somewhat disappointed to find that their actually 2lbs ea.,but i now wear them 24/7! The velcro is very strong. They are GREAT!

Velcro strap; Walmart will honor replacement
The velcro strap on mine no longer works. It's been less than 3 months. Requested a replacement from Walmart and it looks like they will honor. The functionality, softness, and comfort is worth the purchase.
