It's like day and Night.

Guys/Girls If your driving down the road and your dash lights suddenly start dimming and then flickering or dimming and then going bright again and no-matter how much you mess with your rotating dimmer switch the problem persist and gets worse after awhile... Well You better Buy this Fader control switch because That is the whole flipping problem. I replaced MIne and all the lights work great the fader has given me control of my dash lights once again and the headlights work well and so does the cabin light. No problem at all now. Thanks Parts geeks you definitely saved the day for me . 5 stars from me.

Dash Lights Randomly Dimmed - Not Anymore!

After researching and finding a video to remove the dash to expose this integrated switch and rheostat, I crossed my fingers and hoped that the Randomly disappearing dash lights were due to our original one being faulty (and not the wiring). This new one was installed in a snap. NO tools required but I would suggest watching a YouTube video to get to it. My son and I were done in 15 minutes easy! Not even dirty hands! DIY Rating: ANYONE!

Took me ten minutes to change. Same exact part. Cheaper than most. Works fine. Its only been a week but I could use the five dollar coupon they should send me for writing this. Plugs right in. Punch it in on u tube and watch a video on how to put it in. Easy.
