Product details
- Nickel strip is made of metal composite material SPCC(Nickel Plated Steel), which has high conductivity, excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance. It can maintain stable performance after long-term use in various battery welding environments. Nickel strip has a bright surface, no peeling, no spots, high tensile strength, good weldability, easy to operate, making your work easier.
- The cut of each piece of nickel strip is punched by advanced CNC machine tools, and the cut is neat and flat. Pure nickel strips and tin wire are easy to weld, after making the battery pack, you only need to connect the wires and then weld them with tin wire, the nickel strip can be firmly welded with tin without complicated steps and tools.
- Nickel strips are used for battery welding and soldering. Suitable for most common batteries including 18650 batteries, lithium batteries, combination batteries, electronic component connectors and any other circuit system.
- Please select the appropriate thickness of nickel strip according to the specific use requirements to meet the required strength and hardness requirements. The nickel strip should avoid excessive bending or stretching during use to avoid deformation or breakage.
