It needs to have a bit more space for adjustment...lower to floor, be able to adjust back of chair, wheels need to be a bit easier to roll from one surface to These sounnd another. These sound like pickky little complaints but...anything that takes away from the complete enjoyment and/or comfort is really important.

I seen other reviewers not liking how the back of the seat tilted forward. I'm surprised the manufacturer didn't fix this error. Like another earlier purchaser, I cut off about 3/16 chunk of steel off of the bracket holding the back rest under the chair where it connects to the seat. It over laps with the tilt bracket causing the back rest to lean inward. Other then that it seems like nice chair for price compared to the fabric chairs. Now we see how long it lasts !!
