A coworker of mine bought this product and told me how great it was and that it definitely helped cooling down the house during the heatwave. I purchased this air conditioner without considering that it might not fit in my window. After measuring my window and knew certain it wouldn't work I had to send the air conditioner back to the company when it arrived at my house. The description is misleading! This is not a 10,000 BTU, instead it is a 6,300 BTU unit! Other than that the unit was easy to install, very quiet and it cools the room down faster than the window AC unit that I had prior. Nice choice for the money, love it!
