Love the straight sides and wide base

Purchased this pan after significant research. I use it most often for stovetop dishes, and those which are then finished in oven. I wanted a very large base with straight sides, and preferred a black interior vs light enamel. I love this pan, like my Staub dutch oven it is easy to clean, and heats quickly. And its so pretty! Wish it had a lid available. It's so large that you have to use two pieces of foil to cover its width. Don't forget your barkeepers friend, it works wonders to keep these high quality pans looking new.

Perfection in a pan

This pan is a beautiful creation. It is large enough to fit four chicken breasts or steaks, or whatever you choose, without any crowding. The heat distributes nicely and the cleanup is easy. I love the handles that don't get in the way of anything else and allow it to go in the oven easily. I am excited to use it all the time and happy that I treated myself to this special gift.
