Great product
I tried it for a full month, and this product is truly no joke. Within the first week I noticed I had a lot less post workout soreness. By week 2, strength was going up easily, similar to what you notice when creatine takes full effect, but without the water/bloat. By week 3, muscles were feeling and looking fuller, and it was just easier to push more weight and reps in every session without getting gassed. NOTE: This is not a product for those of you who want instant gratification. You need to be patient, and use it exactly as directed - twice daily, added to your whey or BCAAs.
