I have been cooking so much less food so I haven't used them yet I got them for the future, because my husband doesn't like eating leftovers for three days, I used bags like these before. I have had them in the freezer for 6 to 9 months. The food doesn't get freezer burn and the food looks just like I just got it at the store, but it cooked. Looks just like a TV dinner, but better because we can eat the meal we want to. I put the food in a tray and I put the tray inside the bag to get the air out.
