I will continue to buy HD shoes despite the poor service!!

The shoes were outstanding. I own 3 other pairs of different styles. Love them all. Problem this time was the size 10 I ordered was not the same as my previous size 10. The online exchange for a size 11 went well. However, after waiting 3 weeks and receiving zero information on status of my exchange I contacted customer service. When I asked why the size 11's hadn't shipped? I was told they were out of size 11, and had no idea when they would be back in stock. I couldn't understand why there was no feedback loop in customer service. I got a credit and was very disappointed.

These shoes have saved my wide feet! I can't find shoes to fit and be cute/comfortable but these take the cake on both! I love that they have more support than the Wendy's and a little lift in the bottom. Bought one pair last year and bought two more for this year
