I always wanted to try steel oats, but there's too much in the containers that they sold it in. This is perfect their individual packets. It tells you what to do, actually it's self contained. You pour the oats in a microwavable bowl, fill the little bag oats came in with water. Microwave according to the time on bag ! Comes out great every time.
