I notice damages parts and didn’t received the quick assembly I was upset because I paid more for the assembly to be fast and easy. Instead it took some time to put together. I contacted the customer service and they were so quick to respond and offer me a refund or a replacement. I choose the replacement and it came in no time. They were very professional and helpful.
