Not as it appears in pictures
Pictures suggest that the fixture is round like a towel rod, but it is not. You are receiving half of a rod, not a full round. Very disappointed that the fitters is a semi-circle of metal, not a rod. Feels like a different product; not Moen quality.

Bogus "Pro-Fit" Mounting
Your "pro-fit" mounting system is not functional. They keep falling off the wall. The spring release on the bottom doesn't always work. Pretty much a pain.
