[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I compared the size of the Tall Mens' Undershirt pack with a standard size Hanes T shirt. Both shirts are one hundred per cent cotton and the sizes match up, insuring they are true to size. Two exceptions were the collar on the Tall Men's undershirts are a bit larger than the standard Ts and they measure a bit over three inches in length longer than the standard size. The tagless feature is fine for everyone who feels uncomfortable with the tag at the top of the collar. The construction is similar with double stiching on collar etc., al. Along with fit, the cotton makes them soft and pleasant to wear under a shirt and the construction. On a warm summer day, they are also nice to wear without an over shirt. Of course thickness is a common difference between the Ts and undershirts, with the undershirts designed to be thinner to fit under an over shirt. To me, that's not a big deal. They are created for a specific function and succeed at it.
