While the balloons were exactly the color,  quantity,  and quality you expect you get a very unpleasant surprise.  The balloons were opened at a birthday party and passed out to the children.  I suddenly smell the most obnoxious smell that permeated the large room.  It smelled like a mixture of toxic burnt plastic, bad breath and something I can only describe as a bowel movement from a sick dog.  I had to confiscate the balloons and they are now soaking in a mixture of Dawn, and baking soda.  If they don't smell better after this, they will be thrown away.  My other concern is if what ever that smell,  was it toxic to the children as they had put the balloons in their mouth to blow them up before I took them back.  If you enjoy filling your party with awful odors, this is for you.
