Made thin mint cookie truffles crushed the cookie in the blender mixed it with cream cheese frosting pillsbury put in the freezer for a hour scooped into balls dip in melted dark chocolate when everybody was all covered back in the fridge cool delicious

Almost don't want to give this little gem away, chocolate on the inside, chocolate around the outside, and mint all the way through! Girl scout cookies come around once a year, but for a couple of bucks, these morsels of heaven are at your fingertips 365!

Holy cow! If you like Girl Scout thin mints, this is the cookie for you. Haven't purchased GS cookies in a long time so I can't give an honest comparison to size, thickness etc, but these were minty and had a tasty amount of chocolate. Will definitely be buying again. The price is great and takes care of that thin mint craving
