Adjustable Shelves

The description says that these shelves are not adjustable but they ARE. There is a fixed shelf in the middle but the other 2 you can put where you want. They arrived when expected and in good condition.

Not what was pictured

Dimensions and color were accurate, however bottom is NOT raised as the picture shows. The bottom sits flat on the ground. Must be secured to wall if planning on moderate to heavy use of higher level shelving. Suited our needs, so we kept it. We have it in a corner, with a window ledge keeping it in place. Careful, particle board sides easy to tear when raising upright during construction. Also, backboard not quite long enough to have nails go through it and all sides of case securely: one side's nails had to be put in crooked, to cross back into the wood on the other side. Hope that was just a fluke.

Product is not as displayed

Purchased one of these bookcases to see if it would fit my needs since I need about 7 more bookcases. I'm glad I only bought one, since it is not at all similar to what is shown in the photo advertisement. It is two 36' pieces not one 72'. No split is shown in the photo and the item description does not offer any real hint that it is not as shown.
