Poor service

The return policy is not as existing extend from a quality mass retailer. The return process for a defective product was marginal and frustrating, one hour in the phone just to get several departments with a final department represented by a rude and rushing representative. Several days passed, and no results of the resolution, a simple exchange of one defective tire.
