Toilet seat hinge issue
Our contractor installed toilet and seat 7 months ago, but 1 hinge has now detached so seat is not secure. We don't have any instructions and can't figure out how to reattach the seat. The hinge is unlike those we've had in the past. Please provide detailed instructions for reattachment. Thank you.

Love the slow self closing lid on the toilet seat
This is the best purchase I've made this year! A really great toilet seat! Only issue is the night is not working even though I've tried 2 different sets of batteries.
