Warranty Information: Limited Consumer Warranty - 2" Topper Combo. If purchased from an authorized Retailer in the U.S. or Canada, Foamex guarantees the foam contents for a period of 5 Years from date of purchase, and the textile cover for a period of 1 Year from date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. The loft of the foam diminishes with usage over time, and is not considered a material defect. The warranty reimbursement will be prorated as follows: 50% of the product cost in the 1st year (based on purchase date), 20% of the product cost in the 2nd year, 10% of the warranty cost in the 3rd through 5th years. At our discretion, Foamex will replace the item or refund the purchase price should it develop a material defect during this period. To execute this warranty, please send the complete product (which includes the original box, the cover with law label attached, the complete product, and the original sales receipt from a Foamex Authorized Retailer), to: Foamex Customer Service, 2211 South Wayne Street, Auburn, IN. 46706, ATTN: Warranty Claim Department. Foamex reserves the right to dispose of any product that is returned, but does not meet the warranty eligibility, unless so informed by the purchaser. Otherwise, the non-conforming product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
