I've done my fair share of research on probiotics, which includes the best time to take a probiotic, all the way to, why the ‘milk test' doesn't really work. Prior to taking probiotics I would often have an upset stomach, infrequent bowel movements, and overall feel like I had low energy. I saw my primary care doctor during an annual physical and he recommended I try a daily probiotic. Fast forward 10 years and here we are. I've heard a lot of positive things about the Align brand probiotics. Surprisingly, I've never tried them before. I've been talking Align Women's Dual Action Probiotic for well over a week now and I have noticed a big difference. I'm still mindful of the things I eat, but I have a lot less indigestion. My bowel movements occur more frequently, and afterwards I feel like I have completely taken care of the task at hand. I am really impressed with the Align brand!
