Runs to size. Love that I can go outside with these slippers with their rubber sole bottom. I sometimes forget to change shoes and it's wonderful to be able to go outside with these shoes. I even went to pickup my order from Walmart today. Love the warmth of these slippers because of the furry lining, don't know how it will work in the summer with the humidity here in the South.
