Microwave - From Ambient - (600W). ? Put chopped onions and 2 tbsp. of oil into 10inch wide microwave-proof casserole. Microwave on high for 5 min. ? Add Beef and 1? cups (400ml) of water. Microwave uncovered on high for another 5 min. ? Break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and dissolve them in the mixture. ? Microwave uncovered on high for another 7 min., stirring frequently. Let stand 1 min. to thicken. Directions. ? Cut lean beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp) into cubes and chop onions finely. ? Stir-fry meat and onions in oil or butter in a large skillet until onions are lightly browned, approx. 3 min. If you wish, add carrots, celery, bell pepper or other vegetables. ? Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until meat is tender, approx. 10 min. ? Remove from heat, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet, stir until completely melted. Simmer 5 min., stirring constantly. ? Serve hot over rice or noodles. Suggestion of Ingredients (5 Servings). 1 - 1? lbs. lean beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp). 17oz. onions. 2 tbsp. cooking oil. 2½ cups water. 3.5oz. S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix. *US 1 cup: approx. 240ml

We have used many sauce mixes..this may be the best. We have used it with chicken, beef, & pork..shrimp & mushroom are next. Served over rice or noodles is awesome.

I use this all the time--easy!

This curry product is delicious and easy to use--put it in the crockpot with water and veggies and let it cook all day. Throw in grilled chicken or grilled shrimp at the end and have everything over rice--awesome. (Stirring a few times helps to get the curry mixed in there.) Good stuff and a great value.
