I use many LKK products. This is another sauce I will stock as a pantry item. It's a thick sauce bursting with flavour. My first bottle of this is being used for roast chicken. I spatchcock a small chicken. When it's skin side up in the roasting pan, I use a spoon to smear the sauce over the skin side of the chicken. The intense flavour is apparent when I eat the chicken. It's different than LKK hoisin sauce. Delicious!

Very strong flavours but is an excellent flavour enhancer. Just a tablespoon added to a stir fry with meat seafood or tofu. High in sodium so season only if needed after using this.
