Great values stewed tomatoes are one of my go-to diet products. Yes it can be put in lots of different dishes but if trying to drop a couple pounds I have a can heated for lunch and it's tasty season wonderfully and helped me stay on track with calorie input.

These Great Value Italian style stewed tomatoes are just as good as the name brand kind but cost less and tastes just as great. For a quick easy meal I just heat them in a bowl, grab a hunk of Italian bread and throw together a side salad and enjoy. I also like to brown a little hamburger and throw that %26 these Italian stewed tomatoes in with some rice, it makes a tasty goulash type dish and rarely is there any left overs!
