This is a beautiful set of flatware that is complete with serving pieces and steak knives. It is an incredible value. We bought this set for our grandson who has just moved into his first house. He is delighted! The design is simple but elegant. I was worried about what the set would actually look like because the main negative complaint by others is that the forks and spoons are too large. Disregard those fears! The size of the eating areas of the spoons and forks is appropriate for healthy eating. The eating areas on many flatware sets are tiny to give the set aesthetic appeal. The eating areas on this set are appropriate for eating! (Note: The overall length of all pieces is the same as other sets, but some reviewers have complained about the "size" of the spoons and forks.) Wanted flatware for 8 that was under $50, durable, and heavy enough that it did not feel cheap. This set has meet all my expectations. The steak knifes and serving set are a nice bonus. I have washed this set In the dishwasher many times and it continues to shines.
