Love, love, love this cast iron oyster pan! It can be used on the grill and in the oven. I topped the oysters off with a mixture of melted butter, finely grated Parmesan cheese, garlic, and bread crumbs. I placed the pan on the grill and cooked them for approximately 10 minutes. Then finished the oysters off under the broiler until they top was slightly brown. Delicious! The pan was easy to clean.
