Directions. Adults and children 12 or more years of age: Apply thin layers of creme into and around the sore or painful area, not more than 3 to 4 times daily. The number of thin layers controls the intensity of the action of Thera-Gesic®. One thin layer provides a mild effect, two thin layers provide a strong effect and three thin layers provide a very strong effect. See warnings. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Shake before use. It is normal for this product to give the impression of a liquid sound upon shaking. Do not allow Thera-Gesic® to come in contact with any surface, other than skin. Do not use this product if tube is punctured. Lot number and expiration date on end of carton. WARNINGS. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. This is by far the best cream for muscle soreness and back pain than any other. I've been using TheraGesic for many years for lower back pain and muscle soreness. I have tried others in the past and nothing works like this one. I one hundred percent recommend it!

Best one I have found, but be ready it gives the heat. You can put on in small thin layers and build up as needed. Rub in in good to get it going and it won't take much. If you are not used to using this type of rub keep away from neck and sides of back until you know how it works for you. Either where gloves or wash hands very well after applying. Keep away from kids and pets.

This is the Only product I use for bone AND muscle pain. I started using this product in back in the 80's, yes a VERY long time ago! I've used other products when I've been unable on occasion when new products were recommended. (To my dismay) I've lived long enough to say that NOTHING does the job like Thera-Gesic. Massage in areas where needed for joint and muscle pain relief 2-3 times a day. I have sensitive skin and this product never irritates me. I sincerely recommend Thera-Gesic!
