Radio Systems Corporation, owner of the PetSafe Brand, (hereinafter referred to as ?PetSafe?) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser who purchased a PetSafe product from an authorized dealer of PetSafe products, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its PetSafe product, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. I love this box! I switched to this from the CatGenie AI and it's fantastic. It's so much quieter, not loud at all. My cats have had no issue adjusting. It is quite large though. The inside space is about the same as a standard litter box, but the sides are what makes it large.

Better than Litter Robot 3 or 4
Excellent and reliable for larger/longer cats! We previously had a Litter Robot 3 and 4, the cats could barely fit and the robots had serious reliability issues even after their support sent replacements. This model has been reliable for the last several months and much more comfortable for our cats. Much easier to clean and much less maintenance required.
